  • If the product you have purchased is in PDF format, Adobe Reader is also required.
  • Although Windows XP/Vista/7 can display and execute files without decompression, this is not recommended. In order for your product to function correctly, please unpack all files.

I can't open or view CG image data

  • Please refer to the above.
  • If a CG image collection displays broken content (such as "x" icons instead of images) or is not associated with any program, it may be that the files have not been unpacked.

An error occurs when extracting the file. (corrupted file, etc.)

  • If you have double-clicked the file several times, there may be multiple write processes conflicting with the extraction. Please resolve all processes and try again.
  • If you are trying to extract (unpack) to a non-hard drive location such as the CD Drive, please change the location to the hard drive or desktop.
[Corrupted File or CRC Error]

HARDINKGIRLS.com confirms the validity of all uploaded files to the server by performing independent downloads, incomplete or corrupt data tests, software function tests, and other safety checks.
If a downloaded file is corrupted, possible causes are:
  • unnecessary data was downloaded with the file.
  • an incomplete download due to a temporary server error.
  • incompatibility with certain security software.
  • incompatibility with certain decompression software.
Regarding security software, we have confirmed that anti-virus tools such as Avast! and Norton sometimes affect the download process of the file. If you believe this is the cause of your corrupted file, please disable this software temporarily and try again.
Depending on your Internet server settings, once a file is incomplete or corrupted, it may stay in this state no matter how many times you try to download and replace it.

A virus has been detected.

Regarding security software, we have confirmed that anti-virus tools, especially the ones that are provided for free, sometimes affect the download process of the file, such as a warning appearing during the download process and/or the download being canceled. One possible cause is the size of the file is too large to process the scan in real time. If you believe this is the case, please turn off your software's real-time scan function temporarily when downloading the file. After the download is complete, turn on your anti-virus software again and make sure that the file contains no virus.

I have not received the purchase confirmation mail.

When you make a purchase as guest user, we send the confirmation mail immediately. If you don't see a confirmation mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well. If you don't receive a mail from us, a delay may have occurred or the massage was undelivered by some reason. If this is the case, please e-mail us through [Contact us]

I purchased a product by mistake.

We are currently unable to refund or exchange any purchase, regardless of circumstance, due to the protocols of downloadable content delivery. Please take care when confirming a purchase that it is for the specific product you want.

How to purchase products

There are two ways to make a purchase. You can either create an account and purchase products as a registered member or purchase products as a guest user, foregoing the account.

Credit Card

You can make payments by means of several accepted credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, through PayPal.

PayPal

PayPal, a service allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet, can be used on the HARDINKGIRLS.com shop to pay for purchases directly from your bank account (You have to be a member of PayPal to use the service). In the event that your bank account has insufficient money to complete the transaction and you are charged an overdraft fee, HARDINKGIRLS.com can not be held responsible in any way.
  • Payments will be in American Dollars, but all charges to your credit card will be in your country's currency.
  • Depending on your bank, you may be required to pay an international transaction fee.

About user registration

If you create an account with HARDINKGIRLS.com, you will become a registered user. Creating an account is free of charge, and no fees are associated with holding an account. On the registration page, you must provide the following information.

Should an error occur, navigate to "My Account" and access your Profile. How to re-download a product 1. Navigate to "My Account" and click on the "View Order History" button.

For guest users

Guest users do not need to register an account with HARDINKGIRLS.com. However, guest users can not make use of the features available to registered users. In addition, guest users can only download products within seven days of their purchase. The personal information entered by guest users at the time of purchase will be erased after six months.
  • Navigate to the product you want to purchase, and press the "add to cart" button.
  • After adding the product(s) you want to buy to your cart, press the "Checkout" button.
  • Confirm your order, enter your billing address and press the "Continue" button, then press the "Next" button on the following page.
  • If your purchase was made successfully, you will be sent a confirmation email.
If you want to re-download a product, you must use the URL specified in this email. Note that you have a time limit of 7 days for downloading products.

Notes on file formats

The files sold by HARDINKGIRLS.com are archived either as zip or rar. It may be possible that Winzip and Winrar are unable to handle some of those archives, depending on the encoding of the files. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued based on not meeting the minimum requirements to run the product on your computer or for lack of enjoyment while viewing/playing the product. The time of your request for refund should be within 10 days from time of purchase. The request must be made by email. We do not offer a CD-ROM in place of downloading.
